A letter from your mentor.
During COVID, I quit my job. I honestly didn’t know what I wanted to do with myself, but I knew I didn’t want to work there anymore. One day I ran across a video of someone showing their charts. I had no idea what Forex was at the time or how it worked but I was very curious. Especially finding out that I can make $1,000 a day. I was eager to learn more so I took a course.
Once I finished the course, I tried to apply some of the things I learned to the market. In the beginning, things were going well, but then I started hitting my Stop Loss. After a while, I started losing more than I was making. So I decided to stop trading and started educating myself more about this market. I started reading more about Forex, watching more videos, and just dedicating my time to studying. During this time I had to pretty much start over meaning I had to search for a job. This was a challenge for me because at first, I felt like I failed myself, but then I realized this time around was different from before because this time I had a plan.
The course really opened the door for me and introduced me to this market, however, it did not teach me what I know today. I think the biggest struggle for me was knowing when to enter the market and when to exit the market. Entries and Exits are VERY, VERY important. If you enter into the market too early, you can hit your SL and/or blow your account and if you don’t exit at key areas, then price can reverse on you, taking back all the money you JUST made. At first, I was so focused on the money, but once I focused on the skill, everything changed for me. I started to gain more confidence in this market and honestly was the best decision I’ve ever made.
We are so programmed to work 40 hours a week just to bring home pennies and it’s disgusting. With this new skill, I’ve been able to make my paycheck within a day, sometimes even in a few hours. The Beautiful thing about it is no one can take this away from me. it is honestly one of the most amazing skills I’ve learned and I am so happy to be sharing it with you guys.
